1. Shipping Coverage

We ship to all states and union territories across India, including remote areas served by India Post. International shipping is not available at this time.

3. Processing Time

Orders placed before 2:00 PM IST on business days (Monday–Saturday, excluding public holidays) are processed and dispatched the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM are processed the following business day.

4. Estimated Delivery Times

• Metro Cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad): 2 business days
• Tier 2 Cities: 2-3 business days
• Tier 3 Cities & Towns: 3-4 business days
• Remote Areas & Hill Stations: 5-7 business days

5. Tracking Your Order

Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email and SMS with your tracking number and a link to track your shipment in real time. Tracking becomes active within 24 hours of dispatch.

6. Courier Partners

We ship via trusted courier partners including Delhivery, Blue Dart, DTDC, and India Post depending on your delivery location. The courier partner is selected automatically to ensure the fastest and most reliable delivery to your area.

7. Multiple Items in One Order

If your order contains multiple items, they may be shipped together or in separate packages depending on availability. You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

8. Cash on Delivery (COD)

COD is available for orders up to ₹5,000. A COD handling fee of ₹29 applies. COD is not available in certain remote pin codes.

9. Failed Delivery Attempts

If the courier attempts delivery and no one is available, they will retry up to 3 times. If delivery is unsuccessful after 3 attempts, the package will be returned to us and we will contact you to reschedule. Additional shipping charges may apply for re-dispatch.
