How long does delivery take?
We offer Express Delivery across India in 2-4 business days. Metro cities (Mumbai, Delhi, Bangalore, Chennai, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Pune, Ahmedabad) typically receive orders within 2 business days. Remote areas may take an additional 1-2 days.
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders above âš499. For orders below âš499, a flat shipping charge of âš49 applies.
Can I track my order?
Absolutely. Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and SMS. You can track your order in real-time from our website or through the courier’s tracking portal.
Do you deliver internationally?
Currently, we deliver only within India. International shipping is coming soon. Please sign up for our newsletter to be notified when it launches.
âŠī¸ Returns & Refunds
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 7 days of delivery. The product must be in its original, unused condition with all original packaging. Books that have been read or damaged are not eligible for return.
How do I initiate a return?
Email us at support@bookstore.in with your order number and reason for return. Our team will arrange a free pick-up from your doorstep within 48 hours.
When will I receive my refund?
Once we receive and inspect the returned item, refunds are processed within 5-7 business days to your original payment method. UPI and digital wallet refunds are typically faster.
What if I receive a damaged or wrong book?
We sincerely apologize for such errors. Please email us within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the damaged/wrong item, and we will send a replacement immediately at no additional charge.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major payment methods: UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), Debit/Credit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, RuPay), Net Banking, Cash on Delivery (COD), and EMI options for orders above âš1,499.
Is it safe to pay on your website?
Absolutely. Our website uses 256-bit SSL encryption and all payments are processed through RBI-approved, PCI-DSS compliant payment gateways. We never store your card details.

Are your books original/authentic?
Yes, all books sold on BookStore Pro are 100% original and sourced directly from authorised publishers and distributors. We do not sell pirated or counterfeit copies.
Can I pre-order books that haven’t been released yet?
Yes! We offer pre-orders on upcoming titles. Pre-ordered books are shipped on or before the official release date. You are charged only when the book ships.
Do you offer e-books or audiobooks?
Currently, we sell only physical books. We are exploring digital formats for the future. Stay tuned!
